Space: We will need the Main Hall to accommodate the keynote sessions, as well as two breakout rooms for workshops and smaller group discussions.
Equipment: High-quality audio-visual equipment for presentations, microphones, projectors, and adequate lighting.
Additional Services: Catering services for coffee breaks and lunch, ample parking space, and security personnel.
Setup and Breakdown Times: We would require access to the venue on November 14, 2054, for setup starting at 3:00 PM and breakdown to be completed by 10:00 PM on the event day.
Proposal Details
In return, we propose to adhere to the following terms for renting the venue:
Rental Fee: We are happy to discuss your rates and any available packages for corporate events.
Payment Terms: We will be able to provide a 50% deposit upon agreement of the terms, with the remaining balance due on the event date.
Insurance and Liability: We will ensure that all necessary insurance coverage is secured, and a copy of our liability insurance can be provided upon request.
