I. Terms of Sale

A. Purchase Price

II. Delivery Terms

A. Delivery Date

1. The estimated delivery date is November 1, 2050. The Seller will make every effort to deliver on this date but does not guarantee it. Should there be any delays, the Buyer will be promptly notified with a revised delivery schedule.

2. The Buyer must ensure that the delivery location is accessible for the delivery team. If special arrangements are necessary (e.g., stairs, narrow doorways), the Buyer must inform the Seller at least [5] days before the scheduled delivery date.

B. Delivery Charges

1. The Buyer agrees to pay a delivery charge of [$75], which covers transportation and handling of the items to the delivery address specified above.

2. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Buyer, and the Seller will contact the Buyer to confirm the time of delivery. The Buyer must be present at the time of delivery to receive the items.

III. Returns and Exchanges

A. Return Policy

1. The Buyer has 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. All tags must be intact, and the item must not show any signs of wear or damage.

2. All return requests must be made in writing and sent to the Seller’s email address listed above. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

B. Exchange Policy

1. The Buyer may exchange any item within 30 days of delivery for a different item of equal or lesser value, pending product availability.

2. The Buyer must return the original item in its original condition, and the exchange will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by the Seller.

IV. Warranties and Disclaimers

1. The Seller provides a warranty for the furniture items as follows:

   • All items come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering repairs or replacement at the discretion of the Seller.

   • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To validate any claims under the warranty, the Buyer must retain the original receipt.

2. The Seller makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Buyer assumes all risks related to the use of the furniture.

V. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Sangamon County, Illinois, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

VI. Miscellaneous

1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Buyer and Seller regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

2. Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties to be valid. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision.

3. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Electronic signatures shall have the same effect as original signatures.
