Free Catering Service Deposit Agreement

1. Deposit

The Client agrees to pay a deposit of $1,500 to secure the catering services for the event specified above. This deposit is due upon signing this Agreement.

2. Payment Terms

• The deposit is non-refundable.

• The remaining balance of $5,000 is due 30 days before the event date (March 16, 2091).

• Payment can be made via credit card, cash, or check.

3. Cancellation Policy

• If the Client cancels the event 60 days before the event date, the deposit will be returned.

• If cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the event date, the Client is responsible for 100% of the total estimated cost.

4. Services Provided

The Caterer agrees to provide the following services for the event:

• Full-service catering (appetizers, entrees, desserts)

• Staff for serving and cleanup

• Table setup and decoration

• Equipment rental (tables, chairs, linens)

5. Liability

The Caterer shall not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the services provided unless due to gross negligence.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California.

7. Acceptance
