Free Personal Farewell Letter

Dear Sarah,

As I sit down to write this letter, it’s hard to believe that the time has come for me to say goodbye. After 15 amazing years together at Crestview Technologies, the moment has arrived for me to take the next step in my journey. My last day with the company will be December 5th, 2050, and I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the wonderful experiences we’ve shared.

Working alongside you has been one of the highlights of my career. From our first project together back in 2035, when we launched the Adaptive Software Update, to the countless brainstorming sessions that led to the new cloud integration features last year, I’ve learned so much from you. Your creativity, dedication, and kindness have always inspired me, and I’m truly grateful for the friendship and mentorship you’ve shown me throughout these years.

I will forever treasure the late-night work sessions, our lunch breaks filled with laughter, and the way you always brought a sense of calm during even the most stressful times. It’s rare to find someone who makes both the work and the journey itself so rewarding, and I feel incredibly lucky to have had you as a colleague.

As I look ahead to my new role at InnovateTech, I can’t help but feel a mix of excitement and sadness. While I’m eager to embark on this new chapter, I know I will miss our daily interactions and the close-knit team we’ve built together. I want you to know that I’ll carry the lessons I’ve learned from you and the entire team with me, and I hope we can stay in touch.
