Free Baby Sitting Parent and Caregiver Agreement

I. Responsibilities of [Your Company Name]

A. Assigning Qualified Caregivers

B. Communication and Support

2. [Your Company Name] will ensure that the Parent(s) are informed about any issues or changes in the caregiving arrangements, including any incidents involving the child(ren) or changes to the caregiver’s schedule.

3. Regular follow-ups will be conducted after the service to ensure satisfaction and to discuss any areas for improvement.

C. Backup Caregivers

1. In the rare event that the assigned Caregiver is unable to fulfill their duties due to illness, an emergency, or other circumstances, [Your Company Name] will ensure that a qualified backup caregiver is promptly assigned at no additional cost to the Parent(s).

2. The Parent(s) will be notified immediately in the event of a change in caregiver, and the new caregiver will be introduced and briefed on the child(ren)’s specific needs and preferences.

II. Responsibilities of the Caregiver

A. Caregiving Services

1. The Caregiver agrees to provide high-quality babysitting services as outlined by [Your Company Name], ensuring the physical and emotional safety of the child(ren) at all times.

2. The Caregiver will respect the Parent(s)’ specific instructions and requests regarding care routines, meal plans, activities, and any special requirements for the child(ren).

3. The Caregiver will actively engage with the child(ren) in a positive and nurturing manner, creating an environment where the child(ren) feel safe, loved, and stimulated.

4. The Caregiver is responsible for keeping the child(ren) engaged with appropriate activities, ensuring they remain happy, entertained, and well-supervised at all times.

B. Activities and Duties

1. The Caregiver will ensure the child(ren) are fed and hydrated at appropriate times and will monitor any food allergies, restrictions, or preferences as provided by the Parent(s).

2. The Caregiver will supervise playtime, ensuring the child(ren) engage in safe and age-appropriate activities that promote physical activity, creativity, and learning.

3. If the child(ren) are of school age, the Caregiver may assist with homework or other educational activities as instructed by the Parent(s).

4. The Caregiver will follow the designated bedtime routine and will ensure the child(ren) are safely settled into bed.

C. Safety and Emergency Procedures

1. The Caregiver will maintain a first-aid kit and is trained to handle common injuries or health issues that may arise.

2. The Caregiver will immediately contact the Parent(s) or emergency services in case of any medical emergencies or if a situation arises that requires immediate attention.

3. The Caregiver will document any incidents, accidents, or concerns and provide a report to the Parent(s) at the end of the babysitting session.

III. Responsibilities of the Parent(s)

A. Payment Terms

1. The Parent(s) agree to compensate [Your Company Name] at the rate of [$15] per hour for each hour of babysitting service provided.

2. The Parent(s) will pay in full for services rendered at the end of each babysitting session, either in cash, via credit card, or through an online payment system approved by [Your Company Name].

3. Payment should be made within [48] hours of the service. Any delay in payment beyond [5] days will result in a late fee of [$10] per day.

4. The Parent(s) are also responsible for reimbursing the Caregiver for any reasonable expenses, such as transportation or necessary supplies, as previously agreed upon.

B. Provision of Supplies

1. The Parent(s) will ensure that the Caregiver has access to all necessary items, including but not limited to diapers, formula, food, personal hygiene products, and any medications required by the child(ren).

2. The Parent(s) are responsible for ensuring that all items are in good working condition and appropriate for use.

3. If the Caregiver needs to purchase any additional supplies during the babysitting session, the Parent(s) agree to reimburse the Caregiver within [7] days of receipt.

C. Emergency Contact Information

1. The Parent(s) must provide [Your Company Name] and the Caregiver with accurate emergency contact information before the beginning of each session, including at least two reachable contacts in case of emergencies.

2. If the Parent(s) will be unreachable during the babysitting session, they must provide detailed instructions for any emergency situations and designate a backup contact person.

D. Special Instructions and Updates

1. The Parent(s) will provide clear and detailed instructions regarding any special requirements for the child(ren), including any dietary needs, allergies, behavioral concerns, or other important information.

2. If any changes occur that affect the child(ren)’s care, such as medical conditions, new medications, or changes in routines, the Parent(s) agree to inform [Your Company Name] and the Caregiver as soon as possible.

IV. Terms and Conditions

B. Cancellations and Refunds

1. The Parent(s) may cancel a scheduled session without penalty if the cancellation occurs at least [24] hours in advance.

2. If the Parent(s) cancel with less than [24] hours' notice, a cancellation fee of [$20] will be charged to cover administrative costs.

C. Confidentiality and Privacy

V. Termination Clause
