1. Description of Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services ("Services") to the Client:

4. Late Payments

b. Terminate this Agreement entirely if the overdue period exceeds 30 days.

6. Refunds

All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable.

7. Modification of Agreement

Any changes or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written.
