Dear Recipient Name,

We regret to inform you that your employment shall end on Termination Date.  The aforementioned date will be the last day of work. Consequently, we have to comply with the specified notice period as required by your contract. The reasons for the same are provided in the attached document.

Please organize and arrange the return of any company’s material, documents or equipment’s in your possession. With regard to all employees, please observe the confidentiality and data protection policies agreed upon from the start of your employment.

You will be entitled to the severance package which you are getting on your last day of service, as well as your final paycheck. Included with the severance package are the accrued vacation days and sick days and any other benefits acquired which will be added to your final paycheck.
