My previous employment made me adept at handling the administrative function of a school. I was responsible for improving the school's current standing by tracking the progress of the teachers and students and by taking their suggestions during executive meetings. I was also responsible for interviewing and recruiting staff applicants and training and orienting them once they are hired. To improve the school's public relations, I also conducted outreach programs in remote areas. I also handled the budgeting and finances of the school.
