COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LETTER OF INTENT
Dear [Mr. Armando Walker,]
The purpose of this letter is to express my client’s interest to lease your commercial unit located at [4778 Duff Avenue, Brattleboro, VT 05301.] The term of the lease will be for [24] months commencing on the [1st day of August 2020] and expiring on the [1st day of August 2022]. My client intends to use the property as a clinic for veterinary services.
We are open to negotiating on a price for the commercial space and discuss the terms and conditions for the final lease agreement. We also intend to visit the property for viewing as soon as possible.
