The purpose of this letter is to formally inform you that I will be withdrawing the attendance of my kid, Nancy, effective March 9, 2020. I have recently been promoted in my job and it requires me to relocate to another state. As much as I love it here, I have no choice on the matter. Please be assured that I will pay the school fees before the last day of attendance at your daycare.

Nancy really enjoyed your daycare school and has also made a few friends. I would like to thank you for taking good care of my child as I have watched how caring and professional your staff are in dealing with children. I have never felt safer knowing my child is in your care.

Should you have any additional questions regarding my decision, please feel free to call me at 222 555 7777. I will be more than happy to answer them as best as I can. Thank you so much for the time and consideration you have shown regarding this matter.
