RE: Granting Bertha C. Durazo the General Power of Attorney
Dear Emily B. Burger,
I, Mary D. Keith of 458 Crosswind Drive, Russell Springs, Kentucky 42642, the Principal, hereby authorize and grant general powers to Bertha C. Durazo of 946 Roguski Road, Baghdad, Kentucky 40003, the Attorney-in-Fact.
The Attorney-in-Fact shall have the general powers and authority to perform and undertake on my behalf the following acts:
- Administer, manage, and supervise over all my business and property and act as my general representative with full authority to buy, sell, negotiate, and contract in my behalf
- Demand, recover, sue for, and receive all sums of money, dues, debts, goods, merchandise, chattels, and other receivables of whatsoever nature or description which hereafter shall become due, payable, or belonging to me and thereafter sign, execute, or deliver such releases, receipts, or other discharges
- Withdraw from my bank account in my name and settle any and all my accounts and payables on my behalf
The granted general powers shall remain in full force and effect until the 6th day of February, 2030, unless otherwise terminated by the Principal in writing at an earlier date.
This power of attorney shall be governed by the laws of the state of Kentucky.
