As you are aware, we have held multiple performance meetings in the past six months to address concerns about your classroom management and the alignment of your lesson plans with our curriculum standards. Despite our efforts to support your improvement, we have not seen the progress necessary to meet the expectations for your role.
Please note the following important information regarding the termination process:
