I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing on behalf of Holsten University to request a visit to your esteemed institution. We have heard wonderful things about your university's academic programs and we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your institution firsthand.
As an institution committed to delivering excellence in education, we are continuously seeking opportunities to expand our knowledge and network with other institutions. We believe that a visit to your university would foster potential collaborations between our respective faculties and students.
If it is convenient for you, we would propose a visit during the week of September 10th, 2052. However, we are open to alternative dates that better accommodate your schedule. We anticipate that our visit will last approximately one day, although this can be adjusted according to your preference.
