I am writing to inform you that I am unable to accept the scholarship offer extended to me by the Celestine Foundation. Upon reflection and consultation with my advisors, I have chosen to accept another offer that better aligns with my academic, career, and personal goals.

Please understand that this decision does not reflect my appreciation for your generous scholarship offer. The purpose of this letter is to apologize for any inconvenience and to allow for another deserving student to be granted the opportunity in my stead. An opportunity like this one is what many dream of and can help greatly a deserving individual. It is with a heavy heart that I turn it down.
