Dear Mr. Damiani,
I am writing to formally resign from my position at XYZ University, After much consideration and self reflection, I have decided to pursue higher education and further advance my professional competencies in the education industry. My last day will be April 30, 2055.
I am much grateful for the opportunities and experiences gained during my tenure at XYZ University. I believe this step towards advanced education would ultimately equip me to contribute more to the educational sector and bring about positive change.
I am committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. I will do everything in my power to wrap up my duties and pass on all necessary information to whoever assumes my position.
I have cherished my time here and look forward to keeping in touch. Thank you for your understanding and support during this time.
