We regret to inform you that your employment with our company is being terminated, effective immediately, as per the at-will employment clause set out in your employment agreement. This decision is final and has been made after thorough consideration of all relevant factors.
Your final paycheck, inclusive of any unused vacation days, will be available for you on your last scheduled payday. Please return all company property by January 15, 2050, as any missing items will be deducted from your final paycheck.
