Dear Mr. Schimmel,
I hope this letter finds you well. I’m writing about a recent visit I made to one of your restaurants. I have been a loyal patron of your esteemed establishments for many years, hence it feels especially necessary to raise this issue.
Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that the standard of food and service at your bistro dated January 12, 2050, was not up to par with previous experiences. I ordered the four-course meal for two and found the appetizers stale, the main course cold, and the dessert less flavourful than usual. In addition, the service staff was not as attentive as they usually are.
I was rather disappointed with the whole experience, more so because this has never been the case in past visits. I believe in the high standard of your restaurant and its commitment to delivering excellent dining experiences.
I kindly request you to look into this matter. I eagerly look forward to returning to your restaurant and enjoying the high-quality dining experience that I have come to associate with your brand.
