Car Purchase Agreement
This Car Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [Date], by and between: [Your Name], residing at [Your Company Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Seller," and [Buyer's Full Name], residing at [Buyer's Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer."

3. Payment Method:

4. Vehicle Condition:
The Seller warrants that the vehicle is sold in its current condition, with no warranties, expressed or implied. The Buyer acknowledges inspecting the vehicle and accepts it "as is."
5. Transfer of Title and Ownership:
Upon receipt of full payment, the Seller agrees to transfer title and ownership of the vehicle to the Buyer. The Seller shall provide all necessary documents for the transfer, including the title, bill of sale, and any other relevant paperwork.
6. Delivery:
The Seller shall deliver the vehicle to the Buyer on April 5, 2050, at the Seller's residence: 123 Main Street, Anytown, USA. The Buyer shall bear any transportation costs associated with the delivery.
7. Default:
In the event of default by either party, the non-defaulting party shall have the right to pursue all available remedies under the law, including but not limited to termination of this Agreement and legal action for damages.
8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
