Free Cohabitation Settlement Agreement

I. Introduction

This Cohabitation Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] by and between [PARTNER 1 NAME] and [PARTNER 2 NAME] (collectively referred to as "the Parties"). This Agreement outlines the mutual rights and responsibilities concerning the cohabitation and shared properties and finances of the Parties.

II. Definitions
