Free Professional Room Tenancy Agreement

This Room Tenancy Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of this 9th day of January 2050 (the "Effective Date") by and between the following parties:

Both parties agree to the terms outlined below:

I. Premises

II. Term of Lease

1. Landlord’s Responsibility: The Landlord shall ensure that the Premises are in good repair at the start of the tenancy. The Landlord is responsible for repairing any major structural issues or systems (e.g., plumbing, electrical).

2. Tenant’s Responsibility: The Tenant shall promptly report any damages or repairs needed in the Premises to the Landlord. The Tenant shall not make alterations or repairs to the Premises without the written consent of the Landlord.

VII. Utilities

The Tenant is responsible for payment of the following utilities:

The Landlord shall cover the cost of the following utilities:

VIII. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

IX. Termination

2. Early Termination: In the event of early termination, the Tenant may be required to pay a penalty as specified in the Agreement.
