Free Copyright Agreement

This Copyright Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of this [DATE] ("Effective Date"), by and between [Your Name], located at [Your Company Address], herein referred to as "Licensor," and [Licensee Name], located at [Licensee Address], herein referred to as "Licensee".

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

The Licensor here, grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and transmit the Licensor’s content. This includes works in various forms such as books, images, and other creative content for publication, digital display, advertisement, and other modes of display across various platforms.

2. OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS

The Licensor affirms that they are the sole owner of the content being licensed, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and have the full power to grant the Licensee the rights being provided under this agreement. No third-party rights are infringed in this licensing agreement arrangement.

3. TERMS AND TERMINATION

7. USAGE RESTRICTIONS

The Licensee agrees to abide by any usage restrictions outlined by the Licensor in this Agreement. This may include limitations on the geographical scope of usage, restrictions on modification or alteration of the licensed content, or prohibitions on use in certain industries or contexts.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

The Licensor holds harmless the Licensee against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use of the licensed content following this Agreement. The Licensee agrees to indemnify the Licensor against any claims or damages resulting from the Licensee's breach of this Agreement or unauthorized use of the licensed content.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations.
