Free Retention Bonus Agreement

This Retention Bonus Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on April 10, 2050, between [Your Company Name], a [State/Country] corporation with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Company"), and [Employee Name], an individual residing at [Employee Address] ("Employee").

1. Retention Bonus

• Voluntary Resignation: If the Employee voluntarily resigns from their employment with the Company before the date of payment, the Employee shall forfeit any right to the Retention Bonus.
