Free Executive Coaching Agreement

I. Parties:

Executive Coach:

(Hereinafter referred to as "the Coach"), a professional experienced in leadership development, organizational psychology, and other related fields, whose primary role is to support the client in achieving their goals and overcoming their challenges.

Client/Coachee:

(Hereinafter referred to as "the Client"), an individual, being a senior executive, manager, or leader within an organization, desiring to enhance their leadership skills, address specific challenges, and navigate organizational changes effectively.

II. Coaching Services and Client Expectations

A. Services Provided:

The Coach agrees to provide the following services to the Client:

• Individual coaching sessions focused on leadership development, goal setting, and skill enhancement.

• Review and analysis of the Client's strengths, areas for improvement, and career objectives.

• Provision of resources, tools, and frameworks to support the Client's professional growth and success.

• Regular feedback and progress assessments to track the Client's development and achievements

B. Client Expectations:

The Client agrees to actively participate in the coaching process by:

• Attending scheduled coaching sessions promptly and prepared to engage in constructive dialogue.

• Completing assigned exercises, tasks, or reflections outside of coaching sessions to maximize the effectiveness of the coaching relationship.

• Providing honest and open feedback to the Coach regarding their coaching experience, challenges, and progress towards their goals.

• Demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional growth and implementing strategies discussed during coaching sessions in their daily practices.

C. Duration and Frequency:

The coaching relationship shall commence on [Start Date] and continue until [End Date] unless terminated earlier by either party. Coaching sessions shall be conducted [Frequency of Sessions] per [Week/Month] and shall last approximately [Duration of Session] each.

D. Fees and Payment Terms:

The Client agrees to pay the Coach a fee of [Payment Amount] per coaching session. Payment shall be due within [Number of Days] of each coaching session. Any additional costs, including but not limited to travel expenses, venue expenses, and materials, shall be borne by the Client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

III. Confidentiality and Privacy:

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during the coaching relationship. This includes but is not limited to discussions, documents, assessments, and any other materials exchanged between the Coach and the Client. Confidentiality shall be maintained both during and after the term of this Agreement, except as required by law or with the express written consent of the other party.

IV. Intellectual Property Rights:

The Client acknowledges that any materials, tools, or resources which are provided to them by the Coach during the course of their coaching relationship, are to be considered as both proprietary and confidential. Such materials may include, but are not limited to, written documents, online resources, diagrams, strategies, techniques, and tools.

The Client agrees and commits to not reproducing, distributing, or disclosing any of these provided materials. This agreement applies unless explicit and written consent has been provided by the Coach in advance to permit such actions.

V. Termination:

This Agreement may be terminated by either party giving [Number of Days] notice in writing. In the event of termination, the Client shall be responsible for payment of any outstanding fees for services rendered prior to the effective date of termination.

VI. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

VII. Entire Agreement:
