IT CASE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between [PLAINTIFF'S NAME], hereinafter referred to as "Plaintiff", and [DEFENDANT'S NAME], hereinafter referred to as "Defendant". The agreement is effective as of [EFFECTIVE DATE].
I. RECITALS
This Agreement is to settle and resolve all disputes arising from case number [CASE NUMBER] filed in [COURT NAME] involving allegations related to technology, software, or IT services provided by the Defendant to the Plaintiff.
II. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT
The following terms are agreed upon by both parties:
The Defendant will pay the Plaintiff a total settlement amount of [SETTLEMENT AMOUNT].

III. RELEASE OF CLAIMS

This release extends to all associated persons and entities, including legal representatives or partners.
IV. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep the contents and terms of this settlement confidential and agree not to disclose details to any third party except as required by law or with the other party’s written consent. Breach of confidentiality will result in suitable penalties as agreed by both parties.
V. MISCELLANEOUS
The Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties concerning the dispute.
Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
This Agreement is bound by the laws of [STATE OR COUNTRY].
Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved via mediation, followed if necessary by legally binding arbitration.
