Free Salon Franchise Agreement

This Salon Franchise Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date], between [Your Company Name] ("Franchisor"), located at [Your Company Address], and [Franchisee Name] ("Franchisee"), located at [Franchisee Address].

1. Grant of Franchise:

The Franchisor grants the Franchisee the non-exclusive right and license to operate a salon under the name [Your Company Name] ("Salon") at the location specified in Exhibit A ("Premises").

2. Term:

The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on [Commencement Date] and continue for a period of [Initial Term Length] years. 8. Marketing and Advertising:

The Franchisee shall contribute [Marketing Contribution Percentage]% of gross revenues towards local marketing and advertising efforts, in addition to participating in national marketing campaigns as directed by the Franchisor.

9. Intellectual Property:

The Franchisee acknowledges that all trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Salon are owned by the Franchisor and agrees to use them solely in accordance with the Franchisor's guidelines.

10. Termination:

This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice for material breach, insolvency, or bankruptcy, subject to the cure period specified in Exhibit E.

11. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
