I am writing to formally notify you of my intention to terminate the rental agreement for the property located at Las Vegas, NV 89101, which was originally signed on January 1, 2051. As per the terms of our lease agreement, I am providing this notice 60 days in advance of the proposed termination date of November 30, 2051.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, including a job relocation to another city, I must vacate the premises earlier than anticipated. I will ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned and returned to its original condition before the end date and will comply with all terms related to the termination of the lease.
