1. Scope of Services

1.1 Event and Location

• Food preparation and sale from the food truck based on the agreed menu (see attached Menu Exhibit A).

• Provision of staff, equipment, and necessary materials for the full operation of the food truck.

• Compliance with local health, safety, and food handling regulations.

2. [Your Company Name] Responsibilities

2.1 Permits and Licensing
[Your Company Name] is responsible for maintaining all necessary permits, licenses, and certifications required for operating the food truck during the event. Copies of these documents will be provided to the Event Organizer upon request.

2.2 Health and Safety
[Your Company Name] will ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed. All food will be prepared and stored hygienically, and the truck will be in compliance with local health department standards.

2.3 Menu and Pricing
[Your Company Name] agrees to offer the menu items and pricing as previously discussed and approved by the Event Organizer. Any changes to the menu or pricing must be communicated to and approved by the Event Organizer at least 30 days before the event.

3. Event Organizer Responsibilities

3.1 Location and Utilities
The Event Organizer agrees to provide a designated space for [Your Company Name]'s food truck at the event location, as well as access to necessary utilities such as electricity and water, as per the table below:

3.2 Promotion
The Event Organizer agrees to promote [Your Company Name] as the food vendor for the event. [Your Company Name] will be included in event marketing materials, where appropriate. However, [Your Company Name] also reserves the right to promote its own services in connection with the event.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Payment
The Event Organizer agrees to pay [Your Company Name] a flat service fee or a percentage of gross sales from the event, as outlined below:

4.2 Refunds and Cancellations

• If the Event Organizer cancels the event at least [30] days prior, a full refund of any prepaid fees will be provided.

• If cancellation occurs within [30] days of the event, [Your Company Name] reserves the right to retain [50]% of the service fee.

4.3 Additional Costs
The Event Organizer is responsible for covering any additional costs related to utilities (such as extra power hookups) or unexpected damages caused at the event.

5. Insurance and Liability

5.1 Insurance
[Your Company Name] maintains general liability and food vendor insurance coverage. Proof of insurance can be provided to the Event Organizer upon request.

5.2 Indemnification

6. Termination of Agreement

7.1 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.
