Dear Ms. Gleason,
I am writing to formally complain about an unauthorized transaction that occurred on my account (Account Number: 123456789) on September 10, 2051.
On reviewing my recent bank statement, I noticed a charge of $150.00 from "OmegaGen Bank," which I did not authorize or make. I have always taken great care to monitor my account and ensure that my transactions are secure. This unexpected charge is concerning and has caused me financial distress.
I have attempted to resolve this issue by contacting your customer service team on September 11 and September 12, 2051, but unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. During those calls, I was informed that the transaction would be investigated, but I have not received any updates since then.
I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently. I would appreciate a prompt refund of the unauthorized amount and a confirmation of the actions taken to resolve this issue. Additionally, I would like to know the steps your bank is taking to enhance security to prevent such occurrences in the future.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I hope to hear from you soon regarding the resolution of my complaint.
Sincerely,
