Dear Housing Department,
I am writing to formally request dormitory accommodation at Future University for the Fall 2050 semester. I am thrilled to be joining the undergraduate Computer Science program and, as an out-of-state student, I hope to secure on-campus housing to foster a seamless transition into university life.
Living in a university dormitory would allow me to fully engage with campus activities and build a strong community with fellow students. I believe that a residential environment will offer the structure and support I need to focus on my academic and personal growth, while also encouraging my active participation in university clubs and activities.
If available, I would prefer a double room in Quantum Hall, as I understand it fosters a collaborative and studious atmosphere. However, I am open to any suitable housing options as per availability and housing policy.
