Free Sample Internship Agreement

3. Compensation and Benefits

4. Responsibilities of the Intern

6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

7. Termination

7.1 The Company or the Intern may terminate this Agreement with 14 days' written notice.

8. Acknowledgement of Non-Employment

The Intern acknowledges that this Agreement does not constitute an employment relationship and does not entitle the Intern to employment benefits.
