Purpose of the Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions under which the Internship Provider offers training and work experience to the Intern, as well as to outline the responsibilities and obligations of both parties.

Terms and Conditions

1. Internship Description

The Intern agrees to participate in an internship program with the Internship Provider starting from January 1, 2050 and ending on June 30, 2050. The internship will focus on software development and related activities.

2. Duties and Responsibilities

The Intern shall perform tasks and responsibilities as assigned by their supervisor, which may include but are not limited to assisting with project development, attending team meetings, and completing assigned tasks on time.

3. Working Hours

The Intern will work 20 hours per week during the internship period, with a schedule agreed upon by both the Intern and the Internship Provider.

4. Compensation

The Internship Provider agrees to provide a stipend of $500 per month to the Intern, payable via bank transfer at the end of each month.

5. Confidentiality

The Intern agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or trade secrets received during the course of the internship.

6. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with two weeks' written notice to the other party. The Internship Provider may terminate the Agreement immediately in cases of gross misconduct or breach of confidentiality.
