Simple Apology Informal Letter
Dear James,
I hope you're doing well. I’ve been meaning to write you this letter for a while, and I finally decided to sit down and put my thoughts into words.
I just want to apologize for the way I behaved the other day. I realize that I said hurtful things, and I deeply regret it. It wasn’t my intention to upset you, and looking back, I can see how my actions affected you. I should have handled the situation better.
