This document is intended to provide teachers with detailed information about the new digital assessment system, which will be implemented in the upcoming school year. The new system is designed to streamline assessment processes and enhance the overall student evaluation experience.

Overview of Changes:
Starting in February 2051, all student assessments will be conducted digitally using the new system. This includes quizzes, tests, and final exams. Teachers will be required to submit and grade assignments through the system.
Required Actions for Teachers:
Attend one of the teacher training sessions (listed above) to become familiar with the system.
Ensure all lesson plans and assessments are aligned with the digital assessment tools.
Upload your class rosters into the system by January 20, 2051.
Resources Available:
Training manuals and video tutorials will be available on the school portal starting December 15, 2050.
A dedicated helpdesk will be available from January 1, 2051, to assist with technical issues related to the new system.
4. Expectations for Teachers
System Usage:
Teachers are expected to use the digital system for all assignments and assessments beginning on February 1, 2051. This includes setting up quizzes, entering grades, and reviewing student progress through the system’s analytics tools.
Student Communication:
Inform students about the new digital assessment process during the first week of February. Make sure they understand how to access and complete their assessments online.
