Guaranteed Investment Contract
This Guaranteed Investment Contract (the “Contract”) is made and entered into on July 1, 2072, by and between [YOUR COMPANY NAME] (the “Issuer”) and Johan Green (the “Investor”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
The Issuer hereby agrees to guarantee the return of the Investor's principal amount and interest as outlined below, subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract.

IV. Responsibilities of the Investor

Notify the Issuer in writing of any changes to their contact or banking information.
V. Early Withdrawal Policy
Restrictions: Early withdrawal of funds is subject to approval by the Issuer.
Penalty: A penalty of 2.5% of the Principal Amount may apply to any early withdrawals.
VI. Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to keep the terms of this Contract confidential and not to disclose any information related to it, except as required by law.
VII. Amendments
No modification or amendment of this Contract shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both Parties.
VIII. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States.
