Free Forex Investment Contract

This Forex Investment Contract ("Contract") is entered into on this 12th Day of March, 2059 ("Effective Date"), by and between [YOUR COMPANY NAME], having its principal office at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), and Edgar Spencer, residing at Virginia Beach, VA 23450 (hereinafter referred to as "Investor").

The parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

I. DEFINITIONS

1. Forex Trading: The act of trading in foreign exchange markets, involving the buying and selling of currency pairs.

2. Investment Amount: The total monetary contribution made by the Investor, as detailed in Section III.

3. ROI (Return on Investment): The agreed-upon percentage of profit that the Investor will earn on the Investment Amount within the specified term.

4. Term: The duration for which the Investment Amount is committed under this Contract.

II. INVESTMENT TERMS

1. The Investor agrees to provide an Investment Amount of $50,000 ("Investment Amount") to the Company for the purposes of engaging in Forex Trading activities.

2. The Term of this investment shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 24 months ("Term"), unless terminated earlier pursuant to this Contract.

3. The Company guarantees an ROI of 12% payable Quarterly, as outlined in Section V.

III. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMPANY

1. The Company shall use the Investment Amount solely for Forex Trading and related financial activities.

2. The Company shall provide the Investor with periodic reports on the performance of the investment, including trading activities, profits, and losses.

3. The Company shall maintain transparency and disclose any material changes in Forex Trading strategies or risk factors that may impact the investment.

IV. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INVESTOR

1. The Investor acknowledges that Forex Trading involves significant risks, including the potential loss of the entire Investment Amount.

2. The Investor shall not interfere with the Company’s management of the investment or its Forex Trading strategies.

3. The Investor agrees to provide any required documentation for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

V. PAYMENT OF RETURNS

1. ROI payments shall be made to the Investor on a Quarterly basis, beginning on 15th June, 2059.

2. All payments shall be made via Bank Transfer to the account details provided by the Investor.

3. The Company reserves the right to adjust the payment schedule in the event of extraordinary market conditions, provided that written notice is given to the Investor.

VI. TERMINATION

1. This Contract may be terminated by mutual agreement of the parties or by either party providing 30 Days written notice.

2. Upon termination, the Company shall return any remaining Investment Amount to the Investor, less any applicable fees or losses incurred during Forex Trading activities.

VII. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms of this Contract, trading strategies, and any proprietary information disclosed during the course of this agreement.

VIII. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising under this Contract shall be resolved through Arbitration, in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia.

IX. MISCELLANEOUS

1. This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

2. Any amendments to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

3. If any provision of this Contract is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
