Mutual Fund Investment Contract
This Mutual Fund Investment Contract (the "Contract") is entered into as of the August 15, 2055, by and between Jarvis White, located at Salt Lake City, UT 84101 (hereinafter referred to as the "Investor"), and [YOUR COMPANY NAME], located at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund Manager").
The parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth below:
I. DEFINITIONS
Mutual Fund: A professionally managed investment fund pooling money from multiple investors to purchase securities.
Net Asset Value (NAV): The per-share value of the mutual fund calculated daily based on the market value of its holdings.
Investment Objective: The specific goal of the mutual fund, which may include growth, income, or capital preservation.
Redemption: The process by which an investor withdraws their funds from the mutual fund.
II. INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE
The Investor agrees to invest in Future Growth Fund, which aims to achieve growth. The specific strategy and goals of the fund are detailed in the fund’s prospectus, which the Investor acknowledges receiving and reviewing.
III. INVESTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Initial Investment: The Investor shall contribute an initial amount of $50,000 to the mutual fund.
Subsequent Contributions: The Investor may make additional contributions of at least $5,000 at any time, subject to fund rules.
Accuracy of Information: The Investor shall provide accurate personal and financial information as required for account setup and management.
IV. FUND MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Fiduciary Duty: The Fund Manager shall act in the best interest of the Investor, managing the fund in accordance with the stated objectives and applicable laws.
Reporting: The Fund Manager shall provide the Investor with regular account statements and annual reports.
Performance Management: The Fund Manager shall actively manage the mutual fund portfolio to meet the investment objectives.
V. FEES AND EXPENSES
Management Fee: The Fund Manager shall charge an annual management fee of 1.5%, calculated based on the fund’s NAV.
Other Expenses: The mutual fund may incur other expenses, such as transaction costs, legal fees, and administrative costs, which will be detailed in the fund’s expense ratio.
VI. RISK DISCLOSURE
The Investor acknowledges that mutual fund investments involve risks, including but not limited to market risk, interest rate risk, and inflation risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
VII. TERM AND TERMINATION
Term: This Contract shall remain in effect unless terminated by either party.
Termination by Investor: The Investor may terminate this Contract at any time by providing 30 days' written notice.
Termination by Fund Manager: The Fund Manager may terminate this Contract upon 30 days' written notice for cause, including non-compliance with fund rules.
VIII. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep all non-public information obtained under this Contract confidential, except as required by law.
IX. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of this Contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah.
X. GOVERNING LAW
This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
