I have taken my formal training course years back, and I have an HVAC certification as proof. With the skills and knowledge I acquired over the years, I believe that I can be an asset to your company.  

In my previous job, I was responsible for the overall building maintenance. The maintenance includes but not limited to painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repair and maintenance.  I was also responsible for keeping track of the inventory of the repair and maintenance materials and I was also responsible for its budget. I have no problem with heights and heavy lifting and I am comfortable working during weekends and holidays.
