[Dear Ms. Langley],

We are writing this letter to inform you that your employment with [Green Leaf Enterprises] is terminated and is effective immediately on the date in which this letter is written.

After a lengthy discussion with management and a thorough review of accumulated evidence and witness accounts, we found out that committed a breach in your contract by violating several company rules. The following are the reasons that lead to the decision of your termination:

1. [Last year, you withdrew a large amount of money under the name of Ms. Ingrid Yelavich. Using her stamp and signature, you also opened another account in the Bank of Minnesota where you have deposited said money. You have not only deceived the bank personnel but caused Ms. Yelavich great distress.]

2. [Although the record states that you come into work, there were many witnesses who stated that you would immediately slack off by sleeping or playing on your mobile device during office hours. We believe that this has been addressed many times but unfortunately, our advice fell on deaf ears. This behavior has caused problems for both the company and your colleagues who depended on your skills to complete tasks.]

3. [You have committed numerous acts of insubordination against your supervisor. It is stated in rules of conduct that one should restrain from speaking without due respect, which you have done on multiple occasions. Speaking profanities and curses are very unprofessional, meaning that you have violated Rule 2.1 of the ROC Handbook.]

We will provide you with your entitled severance pay and your final salary. You may claim both after 1 month after the effectivity of your termination date and when we have settled all accounts. Please return all company-owned property that you have in your person.

The decision is irreversible. We are very sorry to let you go as we are aware of the level of skill and knowledge you possess. However, with your continuous deceptions, violations, and disregard for the management's advice, we have no choice but to end our working relationship with you. We do hope that after this, you will reflect on your actions and find opportunities in which you can improve.

Yours sincerely,
