Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

The company will send an invoice every 5th day of the month through email. This invoice is payable within ten (10) working days through bank deposit or dated cheque. FOr late payments, the company may charge a 1% late payment fee in the next invoice.

Confidentiality

All gathered information during the performance of the services shall be deemed confidential. Therefore, the company will exercise the maximum protection of such confidential information.

Termination of Services

Both parties may terminate the cleaning services for whatever valid reason, provided that the terminating party duly informed the other party through a written notice.
