I am writing this letter to state that I am an aspiring student in economics and I have been working hard on my studies. I am able to achieve good grades in my study. And I am actively involved in co-curricular activities as well. My family runs on daily wages from my parents and they are not in the position to help me pursue my study financially. Therefore, I would like to apply for a scholarship in your organization for financial assistance for my study. I will shortly be applying for several colleges, but currently do not have the means to finance any courses.

I have always seen your program as a great blessing to those who want to achieve greater things in life, but are unable to continue their studies due to financial constraints. That is why, as one of those who are in need of financial help, this scholarship will greatly help me to pursue my study and goals.
