Letter to New Employer of Former Employee Non-Disclosure

Dear Ashlie Cooper,

Good day!

We, GMT Financial Corporation, have just been informed that one of our former employees David Lewis has decided to be a part of your company and we would like to share some details about our former employee.

He was given access to some of our trade secrets but has been restricted to share any of them as per the agreement he signed with us. He is obliged to abide by those conditions even if he leaves our company and joins a new corporation.

We trust that David Lewis will continue to comply with the obligations applicable to him as per the Employment Agreement, as well as keep any and all information regarding our trade secrets with the utmost respect and confidence. Our company also trusts that your company will not, in any way or form, place or force him into a position that will require him to disclose any of our trade secrets, whether in part or as a whole.

Attached is a copy of the agreement that he signed with us regarding our trade secrets. You may review it for your reference.

Regards,

Merlin Munroe
