Microsoft Publisher’s copy and paste feature is a helpful command in a computer’s user interface that lets you easily transfer data from one file into another. This is quite helpful when making publications as you will definitely need to transfer objects in MS Publisher.
With copy and paste in Microsoft Publisher, an object duplicate is produced at a new file destination. Additionally, there are a lot of things that you can do using the copy and paste tool.

To copy and paste one object, right-click on the object that you want to copy, then choose Copy from the pop-up menu. Right-click the area where you wish to paste the object, then select Paste from the Paste Options menu.

Formatting attributes like color and fill can be copied from one object to another. To do so, click on the object whose attributes you wish to copy. Select Format Painter under the Clipboard group of the Home tab. After that, click on the object you want to paste the attributes to.

To copy and paste multiple objects, hold down the SHIFT key and click on the objects you wish to copy. After that, right-click on the objects and, from the pop-up menu that appears, select Copy. Then, right-click the area where you wish to paste the objects and select Paste from the Paste Options menu.

Go to the page in your publication where you want to copy and paste the data for the whole page. Then, click the arrow-down of the Page option on the Insert tab, and select Insert Duplicate Page.
The copy and paste feature is a useful and convenient command in the user interface of a computer that makes it simple to move data from one file into another.
The keyboard shortcuts for “copy” is Ctrl+C for Windows and Command+C for Mac, while the shortcut key for “paste” is Ctrl+V for Windows and Command+V for Mac.
To copy and paste all the selected contents into another page, open the Microsoft Publisher document, select all the objects on the page by pressing Ctrl+A, right-click on the selected object, and choose the Copy option on the pop-up menu that displays (you can also use the shortcut key for Copy, which is Ctrl+C), then go to the page where you want to paste the content, and from there, do a right-click, then select the Paste option (you can also use the Ctrl+V keyboard shortcut).
