Dear Ms. Galindo,
I, John Castro, am writing this letter with regard to the ending of the rental agreement that we currently have on the studio apartment you have been leasing. Please consider this letter as a formal notice to vacate the premises.
According to the terms of our agreement, I am obligated to give you two weeks' notice before the termination takes effect. Therefore, you should arrange to vacate within the specified period.
Please ensure that the premise is cleaned and any personal property is removed before the date of termination. Upon vacating, we will ascertain any damages to the premises and make any deductions from the security deposit if necessary.
