Simple Rental Agreement Letter

Dear Ms. Callahan,

This letter serves as an agreement to rent a property I own. Norma Hagedorn, the undersigned, hereby leases the premises to Antonia Callahan.

The terms of this agreement are simple. The agreement will commence on March 1, 2050, and end on December 1, 2052, unless otherwise terminated. The rental price will be $800 monthly, payable on the first day of each calendar month.

The Tenant will have the full use and occupation of the property, keeping it in a neat and satisfactory condition. In her turn, the Landlord will ensure the Property remains in a habitable and safe condition.

Both parties understand and agree that failure to comply with the terms of this agreement may result in penalties under local rental laws and regulations.
