Dear Mr. Doe,

I am pleased to provide you with this apartment rental agreement for the property located at 123 Main Street, Apt 10, Ichigo Town, IL 12580.

This rental agreement is made between the landlord, John Doe and the tenant, Riley Graves. As per the lease terms, the property is rented out for a period of 12 months, from 07-02-2050 to 06-02-2051 at a monthly rent of $1500 with a security deposit of $3000. The rent is due and payable on the first of every month.

The Landlord shall provide and maintain the premises in a good and tenantable condition. Any repairs shall be brought to the landlord's notice immediately. The tenant has the responsibility to maintain the apartment in the same condition and any damage shall be repairable at the expense of the tenant.
