Quality of Work:

• Is the quality of the employee's work consistently meeting expectations?

• Are there frequent errors or mistakes in the work produced by the employee?

• Does the employee demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in their work?

Productivity and Efficiency:

• Is the employee completing tasks within the expected timeframes?

• Are there instances of procrastination or delays in task completion?

• Does the employee manage their time effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately?

Communication and Collaboration:

• Does the employee communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors?

• Is the employee responsive to feedback and constructive criticism?

• Does the employee actively participate in team meetings and contribute to group discussions?

Attitude and Initiative:

• Does the employee demonstrate a positive attitude towards their work and colleagues?

• Does the employee show initiative in seeking out opportunities for growth and improvement?

• Are there any behavioral issues or conflicts affecting the work environment?
