Free House Agreement

This House Agreement ("Agreement") entered into effect as of this 1st day of January 2050 (the "Effective Date") by and among:

Eve Mitchell, having a principal place of residence at 109 Whispering Winds, Zephyr Zone, TX 54321 (“Party 1”),

Stacey Ryan, having a principal place of residence at 543 Zenith Road, Peak Paradise, TX 98765 (“Party 2”), and

Mike Lee, having a principal place of residence at 808 Cedar Lane, Hilltop, TX 75006 (“Party 3”)

PRINCIPLES

The Parties agree to uphold and promote a harmonious living environment in their shared residence situated at 876 Blissful Bend, Bliss Blossom, TX 67890, also referred to herein as the "Property".

TERM

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until 31st December, 2055 unless earlier terminated as provided herein.

OBLIGATIONS

Parties shall each uphold their share of tasks which contribute to the overall clean and harmonious environment of the Property as outlined in Annexure A attached hereto.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Parties shall respect one another's privacy and agree not to disclose personal matters discussed within the house's premises unless compelled by applicable laws.

DEFAULT

In the event, that any Party defaults on their responsibilities, the other Parties can propose and enforce suitable remedial measures.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Parties agree to solve all disputes amicably. If that fails, they agree to bring the dispute to a neutral third-party mediator before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement contains the full and complete understanding and agreement between them and supersedes all prior and contemporary understandings relating to the subject matter.
