Free Release Agreement

THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into this 1st day of January 2050, by and between Linda Barnes ("Releasor") and Amanda Gonzales ("Releasee").

RECITAL

WHEREAS, the Releasor sustained injuries attributable to the negligent driving of the Releasee, both parties desire to resolve this dispute through a settlement agreement.

AGREEMENT

THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and conditions contained herein, Releasor and Releasee agree as follows:

Settlement and Compensation

• The Releasee has agreed to pay to the Releasor a total amount of $5,000 as a full and final settlement of all claims, regardless of their character, that the Releasor has or may have against the Releasee arising from the said incident.

• The said sum will be payable within 30 days of signing this Agreement. Failure to do so will attract interest at the statutory rate.

Release and Discharge

Upon full receipt of the settlement amount, the Releasor discharges and forever releases the Releasee, her heirs, directors, officers, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, charges, causes of action that presently exist, or may exist in the future, connected with the said incident.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and documentation relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended only by a written agreement executed by both the Releasor and the Releasee.

Understanding and Voluntary Execution

Both parties have read this Release Agreement, fully understand its terms and implications, and voluntarily accept the duties and obligations that it imposes upon them absent of duress or coercion.
