Free Professional Mutual Release Agreement

1. Introduction

This Professional Mutual Release Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned parties. The purpose of this Agreement is to amicably resolve any and all claims, disputes, and obligations between the parties, ensuring a mutual release of past, present, or future claims arising out of the parties' professional interactions.

2. Background

The parties have engaged in professional dealings and, following these interactions, have mutually decided to release and discharge each other from any and all claims and liabilities that could arise from these interactions.

3. Terms and Conditions

3.1 Mutual Release

Both parties hereby release and forever discharge each other, including their respective successors, assigns, agents, and representatives, from any and all manner of actions, suits, claims, demands, or damages which either party may have, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in relation to their past professional relationship.

3.2 No Admission of Liability

Each party agrees that this release is made in compromise of disputed claims and that this Agreement shall not constitute an admission of liability by either party.

4. Entire Agreement
