Social Media Marketing Influencer Contract
Effective Date: October 1, 2050
Parties:
This Social Media Marketing Influencer Contract (the "Contract") is entered into on this 1st of October, 2050 between:

Robert Gibson, an individual/influencer, with a mailing address at 2360 Grove Avenue Kingfisher, OK 73750 (hereinafter referred to as "Influencer").
Background:
The Company wishes to engage the Influencer for the purpose of promoting its products/services through various social media platforms, and the Influencer is willing to participate in such promotional activities.
Terms and Conditions:
I. Scope of Work:
A. The Influencer shall create and publish content on their social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok (the "Platforms"), as specified in the campaign brief provided by the Company.
B. The Influencer shall produce and deliver content that aligns with the campaign objectives and meets the quality standards set by the Company.
II. Compensation:
A. In consideration for the services rendered, the Company agrees to pay the Influencer a total compensation of $5,000 for the entire campaign, as detailed in Exhibit A (attached hereto).
B. Payment terms: Payment will be made within 30 days of campaign completion.
III. Content Ownership:
All content created by the Influencer pursuant to this Contract shall be the exclusive property of the Company, including all intellectual property rights, and may be used by the Company for promotional purposes without any further compensation to the Influencer.
IV. Confidentiality:
Influencer agrees to keep all campaign-related information, including but not limited to campaign strategies, product details, and any other proprietary information, confidential both during and after the campaign period.
V. Term and Termination:
A. This Contract shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until the completion of the campaign unless terminated earlier by either party with written notice.
B. Company may terminate this Contract immediately if Influencer breaches any material term or condition of this Contract.
VI. Legal Compliance:
Influencer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and social media platform policies during the campaign.
VII. Indemnification:
Influencer shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from the Influencer's actions or content created during the campaign.
Miscellaneous:
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations.
Amendments to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
This Contract is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Company's Jurisdiction].
